May 12th 1959 Company founded by George Fidler, Bryan Morgan & Ralph Hawkins.
August 1960 First camp with 1st New Brighton & 53rd Liverpool Companies.
1962 Life Boy Team started.
May 1963 Band first paraded, first Queen's Badge awarded.
1963 Four boys attend International Camp at Glenalmond.
May 31st 1970 Boys part of a display for Duke of Edinburgh when visiting Wirral .
1973 Reach semi-final of Stedfast Quiz.
June 1974 John Fidler succeeds father as Captain.
1976 Joint winners of national "Know your Town" competition.
September 1978 Cabin Boys (later to be called Anchor Boys) started.
May 1980 Company celebrates 21st birthday with dinner, display & Church Parade.
1982 Placed 4th in national Seniors' Project.
1983 Sponsored Bed Race held on Promenade - £350 raised for Scanner Appeal, 6 Boys parade at the Royal Review at Holyrood, 5 Boys attended International Camp at Scone, October 4th 100th Birthday part held for The Boys' Brigade, 27th Captain one of Battalion at Thanksgiving Service in St. Paul's Cathedral.
June 2nd 1984 Company celebrates Silver Jubilee- Brigade Secretary is Guest of Honour.
1985 Junior shadows Wallasey MP in "Senior Job for a Junior Boy".
October 1988 Winners of multi-District competition in North of England.
February 1989 Formation of CariBBean Sound steel Band.
June 1990 Finish 4th in national chess competition.
March 1991 First visit of FDF/ FPF from Fredericia, September Formation of Girls' Section.
June 1992 5 Boys attend Duke of Edinburgh's 70th Birthday "Party" in Windsor Park, July Our first visit to Denmark, August 4 Boys attend International Camp at Aberdeen, September CariBBean Sound help launch "Brigade Aid" at Nottingham Council, December 100th Duke of Edinburgh's award gained.
June 1993 CariBBean Sound at Junior Section 75th Birthday Party at Alton Towers, August First Officer attends and completes KGVI Training Course.
April 1994 Second visit of FDF, September CariBBean Sound performs at Manchester Council stage show, AMICUS section formed after closure of Girls' Section, December Company tops £1000 donations to 3 Brigade Aid Projects.
July 1995 Second visit to Denmark.
April 1997 FDF visit , May Liscard URC amalgamates with St. Andrews Methodist/ URC.
July 1998 We visit Denmark for the third time.
March 1999 Danish visitors - fourth visit , April A new set of steel pans purchased, May 40th Anniversary Dinner, Display and Church Parade held, Special commemorate badge commissioned, July CariBBean Sound appear on BBC "Northwest Tonight".
April 2000 Juniors placed 2nd in International Games Competition
March 2001 Company Section reach three quarter finals in national competitions, April Juniors placed 3rd in International Games Competition
